Nicole Webb: from TV news reader to expat author

Journalist, speaker and now author, Nicole Webb, joined me for a chat about her new book China Blonde. From a television news reader in Sydney to a mum in the middle of China – this is a true story of reinvention, love, humour, and finding your place in a brand-new world. China Blonde will appeal to those who enjoy memoir, travel narrative and commentary on a contemporary culture with a good dose of humour.

I can personally attest to loving her style of writing and not being able to put the book down. You can buy a signed copy of her book by visiting her website or order it from your nearest bookshop.

About the Podcast

Wild Adventures Podcast
with Marlene Lowe
The Wild Adventures Podcast is all about sharing people's stories. Traditionally, myths, stories and legends were passed down from generation to generation around a camp fire. I have always been fascinated with the idea of collecting stories and sharing them with the world.

Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone has someone that would benefit and be inspired by your story. This podcast is to show how everyone can find adventure in their life - because life in an of itself is an adventure.

So this podcast is my camp fire. It's where I invite guests to share stories about themselves and their experiences - to pass on their stories to generations to come and to tribes all over the world.

Welcome to my Wild Adventure. Welcome to the Wild Adventures camp fire.
